Dave is a customer-focused executive and entrepreneur with a 30+ year track record  of success, operating and governing mid-market technology businesses.   Most recently, after acquiring T-Base Communications, Dave and his business partner repositioned the company , substantially developed the team, and drove significant year over year revenue and value growth, ultimately selling most of the company to private equity specialists, Gestalt Equity Partners in 2014.  Continued work as board member and largest shareholder led to subsequent acquisition by Thompson Street Capital Partners in 2019.


Dave is involved in many other ventures including Therapeutic Monitoring Systems (board member), Studio Sixty Six (managing advisor), and most recently creating Flora Hall Brewing (Founder and owner).   Previous board roles include GridIron/Interset Software (Chairman), Zeligsoft (Chairman), and Openera (board member) amongst others.  Previous operating roles include Chrysalis-ITS (CEO),  Speechfront (investor/advisor), ObjectTime (COO), and BNR/Nortel (product development, product management, sales).  Dave holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Queen's University and a US technology patent for fault tolerant networking.
